Available Decor

CBF has a few auxiliary decor items you are more than welcome to use for your event. Please let the wedding and events manager know what items you would like to borrow at your final walkthrough meeting. Our venue staff person will set them up for you on the day of your event!

Adirondack Chairs

Placed along our bench, creating a conversation area, or along our extended wing facing the bay. The setup will include side tables, pillows, and lanterns with a choice of black or white.

We have 8 Adirondack chairs and 4 side tables.

Card Box

The card box is a great addition to your welcome table.

Cornhole Board

One set of cornhole boards and bean bags can be played on the lawn.

Welcome Sign

Welcome sign with wrought iron easel. We have 4 easels available for any of your needs.

Prohibited Decor

  • This includes but is not limited too;

    • Nails

    • Staples

    • Tacks

    • Tape/ adhesive that is not easily removed without damage

    Any zip ties, cords or string must be cut down and thrown away.

  • This includes but is not limited too;

    • Confetti (bio-degradable or otherwise)

    • Bird seed

    • Faux flower petals

    • Glitter

    • Streamers

  • This includes but is not limited too;

    • Candles with real flames, not encloses in a heat resistance container (i.e. glass/ceramic votive or hurricane)

    • Sparklers

    • Bonfires

    • Fire works

    • Tiki Torches

    • Paper Lanterns

If you are unsure if your decor item is allowed, please reach out to the wedding and events manager. Any use of prohibited items or damage caused to our facility or grounds will result in the loss of your security deposit.
