Planning Schedule
After booking with us, you'll continue to book other vendors and plan the logistics of your event. Below are important dates to keep you on track for what’s due when.

90 days before your event
Your final payment is due 90 days before your event. You can pay online here with a credit card, or mail a check.
60 days before your event
At this time you will schedule your final walkthrough with your wedding manager, caterer and planner/coordinator (if you have one) for 30 days before your event.
You'll also need to submit all the required documents listed below before the walkthrough.
CBF Required Documents
One Day Liquor License - if your caterer does not have a SCAT license
At this meeting, we’ll schedule your rehearsal and discuss your floor plan and the inclement weather plan.
Wedding Week
Your event manager will send you a recap of all key venue information and contacts. This is also when the inclement weather plan will be finalized.
