Please note: This calendar displays weekend availability only at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation’s Philip Merrill Environmental Center in Annapolis.

Our wedding season runs from April through November, when weather conditions are most favorable.

• Bookings for 2027 will open in Winter 2026.

We also host private events:

• November to December with the use of our tented deck

• January to March for smaller indoor events (without the tented deck)
